Refund Policy

Refund Policy is an Australian company dedicated to helping people achieve their wellness goals by offering the best product blends and customer service. Our Refund Policy applies to all online purchases and does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

  1. In exceptional cases, we may consider returns for a change of mind, provided:

    • You have proof of purchase.
    • The item is in saleable condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
    • Any gifts or bonuses received with the item are returned.
    • The item is not listed under exclusions.
    • The return is requested within 14 days of purchase.

  2. We reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind at our discretion.

  3. For packs containing e-books, refunds for change of mind are not available.

Consumer Guarantees

  1. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Do not use any packet with a broken or tampered seal; contact us immediately for an exchange or refund.

  2. For major faults, you can choose a refund or exchange. For minor faults, we will replace the item within a reasonable time.

  3. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.

Return Payment Method

  1. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  2. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we may charge a fee to re-ship the product.

Gifts, Bonuses, and Bundled Items

  1. Gifts or bonuses received with a purchase must also be returned in saleable condition. If not, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.

  2. For bundled items, all components must be returned. If not, the refund will be reduced by the value of the missing items.

  3. Items that cannot be returned, such as e-books, will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy and Returns

  1. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

  2. Information collected during a return will be securely stored and may be used for fraud prevention or research. It may also be disclosed to government departments if required by law.

Sale Items

  1. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

  2. The strength, color, and appearance of tea blends and herbs may vary due to natural factors such as weather and growing conditions. While we strive for consistency, no guarantees can be made due to these natural variations.
